At Rosefield, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all items in their original, unworn condition. Please ensure all tags and protective films are intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original Rosefield packaging and ensure the box is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier drop-off point and keep your receipt until your refund has been processed.
